Hi all!
My apologies once again for being absent from the blog. We finally moved into our new home but the process has been a slow one. Lots of work for my husband to take care of since we decided to make a lot of changes to the home. I am surrounded by boxes as I sit here at the computer. Therefore, my blogging has had to take a back seat for a little while. But, I will return soon. I have been cooking believe it or not, so new recipes and photos will be posted fairly soon. Bear with me. Thanks for checking in and for your patience.

Here's what's on the Easter menu...
First of all again, thanks so much to everyone who follows my blog and once again apologies for not being here everyday. We are still so busy with packing, moving and renovating some things at the house that the blog sadly, has taken a back seat. Just know that if I am not on here, I am busy, busy, busy with the new house.
So for today, I thought I would tell you what is on the menu for us for tomorrow. Then later, I will post recipes and photos. For now I have a pretty busy cooking and baking day ahead. I am in heaven.
Menu:
Baked Ham with Brown Sugar Sauce, Cherries and Pineapple Slices
Corn on the Cob with melted butter (frozen corn on the cob, but I am longing for summer's fresh corn)
Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (for the kids of course)
Baked Ravioli Casserole
Corn Bread (from a favorite: Jiffy Corn Bread Mix) Super easy, super inexpensive
Sweet Potato Cassserole topped with Miniature Marshmallows
Applesauce
Deviled Eggs
Carrot and Raisin Salad
Lemon Cake with Lemon Frosting
Chocolate and White Easter cupcakes (purchased from Sam's, yep, too cute to pass up)
Brownies
That's it, I think. Hmmmmm why is my stomach growling? I better get started.
